Murph's Original Sauce is great as a marinade in any recipe whether grilling or baking.
Use Murph's as a wonderful finishing sauce or in place of worcestershire. Serve over cream cheese
with crackers for a great snack or appetizer. Murph's is great with pork, beef, chicken, vegetables,
nuts and seafood. Here are some of our favorite recipes or send us one.
Mix all ingredients into ice filled shaker. Shake vigorously and pour
into prepared celery salt rimmed glass. Garnish with fresh lemon
and lime, a pickle spear and a chaser of your finest lager.
2T Murph's Original Sauce
2 oz. of your favorite vodka
1T Horse radish
1t Celery Salt
2 Dashes Hot Sauce
8 oz. Tomato Juice
2 oz. Beef Broth
"Repeat as needed"
Use a food processor to puree the cucumber. Drain cucumber in
strainer. Add cucumber to cream cheese and the rest of the
ingredients. Mix well, refrigerate and serve with rye crackers.
4T Murph's Original Sauce
One 8 oz. package cream cheese
1T chopped chives
1/2 clove minced garlic
1 whole cucumber
Mix sauces together and set aside some for dipping.
Use the rest of the sauce to marinade shrimp for at least 2 hours. Skewer and grill until pink.
24 uncooked 21-25 count Gulf Shrimp
1/4 - 1/2 C. Coconut Milk
1/4 - 1/2 C. Creamy Peanut Butter
1/4 - 1/2 C. Murph's Original Sauce
Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls.
Place in large skillet and brown. Cover for 5 minutes. Uncover and continue to cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
4T Murph's Original Sauce
1 egg
1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 finely chopped onion
2 cloves minced garlic
3/4 t pepper
2 t salt
1 lb ground beef or turkey
In a large bowl add halved Yukon Gold Potatoes. Mix with all
ingredients and toss well. Pour into shallow cast iron skillet.
Roast in 375 degree oven for 45 min. turning once.
1/4 c. Murph's Original Sauce
1 lb Yukon Gold Potatoes, halved
1/4 c. Olive Oil
1 T Garlic Powder
2 cloves minced garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste
