Let’s have some fun!  It’s time to create, consume and share Murph’s favorite recipes using Murph’s Original Savory Sauce, Hot n’ Spicy Sauce, Red Wine Vinaigrette and Creamy Garlic Dressing.

Murph's Cucumber Dip

1 8 oz. package of cream cheese
1 Tblsp. chopped chives
1/2 clove of minced garlic
1 whole cucumber

Use a food processor to puree the cucumber. Drain cucumber in strainer. Add cucumber to cream cheese and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well, refrigerate and serve with rye crackers.

Murph's Roasted Potatoes

1 lb. Yukon Gold Potatoes, halved
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
Pinch of salt & pepper to taste

In a large bowl, add halved Yukon Gold Potatoes. Mix with all ingredients and toss well. Pour into shallow cast iron skillet. Roast in 375 degree oven for 45 min. turning once.

Murph's Original Bullseye

2 oz. of your favorite vodka
3 oz. beef boullion
1 oz. lemon juice
Pinch of salt & pepper to taste

Shake with ice and serve straight up or over ice cubes.

Garnish with creativity and enjoy!

Murph's Meatballs

1 egg
1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 finely chopped onion
2 cloves of minced garlic
2 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground beef or turkey

Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix well.  Shape into 1 inch balls.  Place in large skillet and brown.  Cover for 5 minutes.  Uncover and continue to cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes.

Murph's Shrimp

24 uncooked 21-25 count Gulf Shrimp
1/4 - 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
1/4 - 1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter

Mix sauces together and set aside some for dipping.  Use the rest of the sauce to marinade shrimp for at least 2 hours.  Skewer and grill until pink.
